#STRIKEAPOSE / CHRISTMAS OUTFIT IDEAS PART 2: MERRY HANGOVER

How to spend your Christmas Eve is totally up to you, but what to wear on Christmas Eve is totally

up to me! Kidding, of course, but I would love to help you out, like I'm your big (or little) sister ;)

So while you're "Simply.Having. a-drunk-and-fun Christmas time!", it definitely doesn't mean you

can't look cute.

Although everybody looks cuter after 3 mojito's, 2 glasses of champagne and a Jägermeister shot.
But let's focus on ourselves and on the people who are wise and sober (we call them "Bob" in Dutch, 
don't ask me why tho)...

For my Christmas Eve look I've chosen for thé color of the season (and X-mas): burgundy.

Like this pwetty playsuit from SNF. You just cannot go wrong with this one on any type of skin or
hair color. I'm not that type of high heel person anymore - or maybe it's just a phase - but with
Christmas I feel kinda obliged and I'm totally fine with that.

And say no to silver and yes to GOLD when it comes to accessorize."Cauz I ain't sayin' she a 
gold digger, but she ain't messin' with no broke n*****" Well, that was corny...

#ADATEWITH / DOUTZEN KROES

Last week Amsterdam was up side down because of Fashion Week. So yesterday Doutzen Kroes 

and I decided to visit their last day. We telepathically discussed this secret dresscode: black, blue 
and a touch of gold ;) (this was totally coincidence). Before even seeing her on location, I already 
felt she was going for her classic Loubies, so I decided to leave mine home and went for these 
platforms killers.

Normally when you're on a date with someone, you ask what he or she does for a living and want to 

get to know each other better. But when YOU'RE ON A DATE WITH DOUTZEN - speeddate to be 

exact, but who cares! - it's a bit crazy to ask what this worlds biggest top model does for a living, 

don't you think? So my tip is to shut your mouth and stare at her gorgeousness like a 13 year old boy. 

Maybe not the best tip, but the best one I can give you right now. Oh and taking pictures of course. 
Because "picture or it didn't happen!"

My dad was extremely happy he had the second most beautiful woman in front of his lens!
I don't need to tell you who's on the first place, right? I didn't thought so either... ;)

...Violets are green. Penis. Well, that must be the best poem I've ever written! Kidding, of course.
Talking about poems, I'd better leave that up to Stephanie next time ;) She's da best! in writing poetry.

Also talking about roses, I bumped in to this beyond beautiful garden with my favorite flowers; roses.
And that in the middle of Amsterdam's Vondelpark while going for a walk with le dad and my wild 
lady Chloe ;) In these shoes? Have you lost your mind? ;) Hell to the no.

#TIMEMACHINE / STOP. AND SMELL THE ROSES

Remember this one? The day I learned to make the Kim, Kourtney and Khloe cocktails. Yes, they 

do exist and yes, they were delish! This Kardashian event - the premiere of KUWTK - was already 

two years ago. My gosh, time flies when you're looking back!

Luckily we watched the Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode first and had the cocktail
workshop after that. Because, how are you doing after three cocktails and a shot?

Yep, I thought so either... ;)

#FASHIONWEEK

Day two of Fashion Week and it's starting to look like jungle book. The press are animals and
photographers see people like me as their prey. The models are beautiful tigers and the designer is
the (Lion) King or queen.

And I? I look like a mix of a bear and a unicorn, haha. (It's so) fluffy(!) and colorful. With that
physical appearance I will survive and eat them all raw! And you're gonna hear me roarrrrr... ;)

STRIKE A POSE

Yes it's a dress, not just a dress. Nothing more, nothing less. Okay, and some major killer heels and 

the most colorful place in Amsterdam ever. But if you look at my outfit, it's actually quite "simple". 

Well, simple in my way then… ;) 

I love to wear colors. It makes me happy. But because of this rainbow place I didn't need to 

wear any colors at all. Because, wow! How fascinating is this spot?! That made me happy enough. 

Imagine me wearing colors at this location. Woah!!! I think I would have been trippin', haha.

This is the most photographed place from Amsterdam. So if you're here, this is definitely a hotspot 

to check out :)

I HEARTY PARTY

FRIYAY! So what time is it? Party time! Let´s kick this weekend off with a pool party! And guess what... 

You´re invited! 

 Take off your clothes, put on your favorite bikini and turn on the volume. Let´s dance and celebrate 

the weekend together ;-)

These kind of jackets are the bomb anyways. You just cannot ever have enough of those.

Lots of statement pieces are bombing you right here; the jacket, BAG, shoes, lipstick. But you
know me, me likey like that, hihi. Hey! And a touch of copper, where we talked about yesterday.

TRAVEL DIARY

It felt like I was in the middle of a project of Holland's Next Top Model while doing this 

shoot, haha! It was hard, but sóóó much fun. And believe me my dearest; it's verrry difficult
to look hot under water, Jesus Christ.

Thanks to Nikon I was able to pull of an under water shoot. If I did this with my regular camera, 

well, let's not talk about that… Thank you! But this Nikon1 did one hell of a job.
Look at this! How cool?

So I was a mermaid for a day, can I swim with dolphins again now?! ;)

TRAVEL DIARY

The most breathtaking place I've ever been to? This must be it, without a doubt. The beautiful 

Lac Cai on Bonaire. I was completely speechless…

Let me tell you about my perfect Summer day I just experienced: waking up with sunrise - yes, I still 

have a jet lag so that was very early - and having all the time in the world to make myself ready for
yoga class at the beach with ocean view. 

After that we grabbed the car, put on some Caribbean music and drove to the most amazing place on
the island; Lac Cai. Enjoying the view, taking some snapshots with the Nikon AW1 underwater camera
(ah-some!) and most important, chilling.

Back "home" we dived into the pool, played with Speedy the dog and dinner was ready 

(homemade spaghetti, yummy). Talked about family memories and now I'm sitting outside, 

writing this blog with 30 degrees and realize I am the happiest girl on earth right now...

SUNDAY: STRIKE A POSE

Aha! There the are again, my little monster heels. Although I can't skate (bummer), this skate walhalla
fits perfectly with these platforms, don't ya think?!

What also is a perfect purchases, was this Cheap Monday skirt, AH-some and it feels like
you're wearing PJ's although it doesn't look like it. At least, that's my opinion ;)

WELCOME TO MY CLOSET

Hello there little monsters. Like I already said on Facebook; these shoes are the 

definition of killer heels! Not killing to wear though, because they're quite comfy!

And if you're not owning platform heels at the moment, you can't sit with them, you're OUT.
With who?! With the Mean Girls of course ;) (Gotta love that movie!)

But how to wear these creeper-ish pumps? I will show you tomorrow.

No St.Tropez, but a day at beach in Dutchie style! I went to Scheveningen. Whuttt?

Just one chic night in a fancy hotel, having dinner at the beach and enjoying Summer 

while we can. Unfortunately that last one went gone fast because the next day it started to rain.

Goodbye beach, goodbye Summer. Hello rainy Amsterdam again...

(PS. Nothing to complain by the way 'cause at the end of September I'm going to the Carribean!)

How I'm feeling when I'm wearing my all-time favorite outfits: scared! No just kidding. It sounds
crazy but if you're wearing all your favorite items at the same time it feels like you're on drugs (I think).

So high of fashion you wanna take thousands of pictures and never wear something else anymore, ever.
