Last week Amsterdam was up side down because of Fashion Week. So yesterday Doutzen Kroes 

and I decided to visit their last day. We telepathically discussed this secret dresscode: black, blue 
and a touch of gold ;) (this was totally coincidence). Before even seeing her on location, I already 
felt she was going for her classic Loubies, so I decided to leave mine home and went for these 
platforms killers.

Normally when you're on a date with someone, you ask what he or she does for a living and want to 

get to know each other better. But when YOU'RE ON A DATE WITH DOUTZEN - speeddate to be 

exact, but who cares! - it's a bit crazy to ask what this worlds biggest top model does for a living, 

don't you think? So my tip is to shut your mouth and stare at her gorgeousness like a 13 year old boy. 

Maybe not the best tip, but the best one I can give you right now. Oh and taking pictures of course. 
Because "picture or it didn't happen!"

My dad was extremely happy he had the second most beautiful woman in front of his lens!
I don't need to tell you who's on the first place, right? I didn't thought so either... ;)

#FASHIONWEEK

Aaaaand it's dress up time. Because it's Amsterdam Fashion Week again. What girl doesn't love
to dress up, right?! So when you're a guest at the fashion shows, it's nice to do make an effort
with your outfit.

Hello killer outfit. Seriously, I think this dress can literally kill while you're hugging me. Okay, that's
not totally true... I hugged a lot of people and luckily they're still alive. But I think you could see me
as the little nightmare of Fashion Week that day ;)

Of course I stick to the rules when it's about fashion. So there I went in my not-so-huggable dress
to the Said Mahrouf show.

I could say "Merry Christmas!" but I love you that much I wish you the best so; 

Merry everything and a happy always!

I'm having a gigantic family dinner at my uncle's new place. Hopefully he's not 

the chef tonight because I don't know if I could trust his cooking skills... ;)

Christmas so I love it even more when I find a place that matches my overdressness, hihi.

Tonight is the night! The night where a lot of us have been waiting for. Maybe not to celebrate
Jesus his birthday (be honest!) but the biggest excuse to have some days of from your diet or just to
eat as much as you can with your closest friends and family. And you totally deserve it! 

This dress. What a breathtaking piece! I could go to the Oscars with it! Not really a typical dress
to wear in Holland for Christmas. Way too overdressed. But who cares! It's Christmas!
Enjoy your evening to the fullest and like we always say in Holland: Eet smakelijk! ;)

I spent last weekend in Eindhoven with some fellow bloggers and I had a blast! 

The trend I was telling you about was... Can you guess? ;-) Drumroll.... The military trend! 

Besides talking about my favorite trend I also had my own mini-closet in the middle of a shoppingmall. 

Plus a HUGE picture of myself. WOW, that was crazy! Haha. 

When the night started to come, I went to the hotel with Nathalie, gave her a goodbye hug and went 

to McDonalds (woops, not so fancy!) But I knew Joyce did the same, hihi! Now: party time! 

In the coolest museum I've ever been; Van Abbemuseum. Silent disco's, surrounded by art and crazy music.

Well, that was fun!

Well, that night was fun! I'm talking about last thursday. When fashion was all over Amsterdam. 

Also known as Vogue Fashion Night Out (VFNO). Time to dress up!

Escada asked me to be one of their blogger girls of the night. Together with Vivian and Noor.
Could I have said no? NO, of course not! And certainly not when I saw this perfect blue dress 
hanging there.

Talking about dresses, am I obsessed with maxi's all of a sudden? Well, why not!? 

But this one I could show of in front of a lot of people! ;)

I was looking as sweet as sugar and the fashion show of Zyanya Keizer was actually 

the complete opposite... Those are things you cannot predict of course. 

Enough about me, let's talk about the show. My gawd, that was ah-mazing!

If Google Translate is right "Sorelle Chiodi" means "Sisters Spijkers"... Am I right Italian

 readers?! ;) I cannot speak a word Italian (Ciao?) 

This was the look I wore to the show of lovely twinsies Spijkers en Spijkers.

If you like Kenzo, you are obsessed with this collection. ROARR! is what came up in my 

mind when I saw these animals prints. And in a good way, of course.

Why Italian by the way? When I chose to wear this Spijkers en Spijkers look, I felt like a 

signora - and eating pizza, but I didn't! - a la wanna be Dolce & Gabbana model, that's why...

Twice a year the fashionista's leave the past behind and look forward to the future... 

This is known as Fashion Week. And Amsterdam is in the middle of it. So of course I'm present ;)

This was my look for day 1. Chique and edgy, just how I like it. And just like the shows I watched.
One of them were the new talented Fernanda Fernandes and Joelle Boers & Bregje Cox.
(Look at those shoes! And what about mine?!)

After the shows there was the Zalando Blogger Awards, which I did not won though...
But it was nice to see my fellow bloggers win well deserved awards. Great job girls!

Meeting new people - and cameras - plus discovering hotspots is always a good idea! 

And I had it all last week at the Bloggerwalk with Olympus. (More Olympus posts are coming btw!)

I just felt like a tourist in my own city! Thanks to Cityhotspotter I discovered places in 

Amsterdam I just passed by sometime and didn't even knew they existed. Crazy!

The biggest party of the year was without a doubt the 10th birthday party of Nelly.com in Stockholm. 

And I was there!!!

The Swedish definitely knows how to party. Because this wasn't just a regular night in a cool club, 

they transformed the beautiful Lydmar hotel into the beyond amazing Nelly Hotel. 

That was one hell of a birthday location, WOW. It looked like a discoball had exploded. 

Glitter, glamour & champagne all over the place.

All thé Swedish bloggers were there and I met the lovely Angelica Blick, which I'm already 

following for years. Such a sweetheart! It was so crazy - but awesome - to finally see her in real life.

Okay, it's not Willem Alexander's - King of The Netherlands - official birthday yet. 

But today we're already gonna celebrate it BIG, in Holland. And when we say big, we mean it!

The whole country will be up side down and completely orange this day.

Can someone pinch me? I think I'm still dreaming. When I look back at these pictures, 

my adrenaline goes up in a split of a second. I FREAKING DID IT! 

I walked on the red carpet for the first time in my life. And by red carpet I mean the "real" one, 

with fellow walkers like Cameron Diaz and Kate Upton for example(!!!) This was all for the 

premiere of The Other Woman at Amsterdam's most fancy movie theatre, Tuschinski.

There I was, together with fashionisto Bradley and my perfect pink princess dress. I have never 

been taking in so many pictures in such a short time, haha! What an experience!

And that wasn't all of it. Because where is this event all about? Yes, the movie of course.

My gosh, that movie... I almost wanna force you to watch it because it's absolutely fabulous!

I laughed so hard! What a bless.

Yes, I saved the best for last! My favorite show of the whole MBFWA (Fashion Week); 

MaryMe-JimmyPaul. If I was a teacher I would have give this one an A+ and it would be
graduated cumlaude.

The show, the collection, the models, my outfit ;), it was all so spectacular! I think I saw every color 

of the rainbow (yes!) combined perfectly with black and white. Sporty looks and statement outfits. 

Plus an awesome detail, the socks. Mary Me Jimmy Paul, you rock!

A romantic look for one of my nights at MBFWA (Fashion Week),with lots of black. A “color” 

I will not put on the first place to wear - you know me by now - but I would loved to give it a try. 

And to be honest, I really liked it! Of course I couldn't stay all black errrthing, so a touch of pink 

can never go wrong. Well. At least that's my opinion ;)

I have visited two incredible show that evening; Dennis Diem - one of my favorites - and 

Spijkers & Spijkers, which was such a pleasant surprise!

Talking about surprises; Mister Diem shocked us. And I'm sure I can speak for the whole audience. 

Models were falling - which wasn't surprising by seeing those killer heels (see photo 2) -  and suddenly 

dancing their way up again?! It was part of the act, which I honestly found out after the show. And I 

captured my ultimate favorite piece; that. Dress.

You can call Spijkers & Spijkers the complete opposite from Dennis. Comfortable, wearable, 

office-mood clothes for the timeless woman. It was so chique, so classy, so young but also old-fashioned. 

This collection has everything a woman needs in her wardrobe! What else can I say about it?
It was absolutely gorgeous.

While rushing through fashion shows - with a major hangover - yep, my own big fat fault - I was 

also strolling around at Holland's biggest fair; Modefabriek (translation: Fashion Factory) with my 

feather friend Arzu.

I visited one of my friends at Vincence for example, an amazing brand new brand which you
really have to keep an eye on! And So Jamie gave me a huge smile on my face when I saw her
newest shoe collection.

All depressed - and inspired - I left de Modefabriek because of the too many beautiful items I spotted.
But as long as I got my suit 'nd beanie, all dressed up in M by M, I'm doing good... ;-)

Rushing from show to show, fashion fair to work and shoot to meeting. After 18 hours workdays 

now it's time to take a little step back don't you think?

I can say it was an awesome week, but a bit too much. Time to rest? Life goes on so, nope. 

And by life I mean work, friends and fun. But maybe a day at the spa doesn't sound bad at all ;)

Finally I can show you my view on Amsterdam Fashion Week, or better said; MBFWA.
Let's start with my outfit, Aziz Bekkaoui and Jan Boelo.

A spectacular opening by Aziz. I was completely surprised by this Moroccan designer! This was 

Paris Fashion Week worthy in my eyes. Hell yes I loved it! 

Jan Boelo's show was the complete opposite, except for the all black errrthing. I was expecting
a little more "show" because the last one gave me goosebumps. But the pieces were to die for!

Wearable outfits full with leather that will make you look perfect.

My first thought when I heard I was having a photoshoot for Ti Sento was; could we have done 

this before this enormous breakfast?! But after seeing the result my mind changed right away.

Ti Sento launched their newest denim collection. Denim? Yes, denim. They used the material in
the jewelry. So original! And guess what I got as a gift... :-)

Today's outfit post is not moi who's striking a pose, but the one and only madame Khloé Kardashian
fills in for me today.

Pinch me please! I still can't believe this happened yesterday; THE Khloé Kardashian striking a pose 

in front of me(!!!) Yes, this was not a dream, this was real, right?! She launched her Kardashian 

Kollection for Lipsy in biggest warehouse of Amsterdam, De Bijenkorf.

Call me a pussy but I secretly had a few tears of joy in my eyes. I was just so overwhelmed 

by the whole experience and situation!

I could finally practice my paparazzi skills. Okay, I photographed loads of fashion shows, but 

this was a whole other level. Photographing one of America's biggest celebs with a distance of one
meter is such an honor. Something I could check off that wasn't even on my bucket list because I
couldn't even dream of it!

WOAH! What a day...

Friday? Is that you? Hell yes it is! 

For some of you weekend will start tomorrow or even never (I hope not)? Well, I have weekend
7 days a week! Or I never have, it's how you want to put it. If you have a job you love, it never
feels like working. And earth looks like one big happy globe.

Go to your favorite club, meet your Tinder crush, sleep all day long or just do whatever you want 

because TGIF ;-)
