I'm actually not a game freak at all. But lets be honest over here, when we were 12 (or you still do, 
I give you all the right to) we couldn't stop playing The Sims until the middle of the night... Then yes,
you could have called me a semi game freak as well (compared to The World Of Warcraft junkies).
But maybe it's a bit of a (tom)boy thing, right?

What I do like are apps for my phone! Especially the ones where I can edit my photos on
Instagram that it looks like I'm in a total different world. Or making my own quotes. Like the
app Rhonna or FotoRus. What's your favorite app? Let's share some tips together :)

If camouflage is on or off trend, I have the biggest excuse to wear it whenever I want to.

My excuse? I'm an army wife. No no, my BF is in the army, not me of course ;) Do you already 

see me working in the army with my pink lipstick and bringing my Chanel bag? Me neither!

What I've learned trough the years being an army wife is that it's tough to have that roll.. 

You see your cat you don't have more than your own boyfriend. Okay I'm overreacting a little ;) 

But you see each other 20% of the 100. The positive story is that you never get bored of each other.

 It also gives you the time to focus on your own thing (unless he's on a mission). If I hear the name 

Afghanistan it gives me the chills. But been there done that! And it made us and our relationship as 
strong as Superman! Plus getting respect from both sides. Because of the work that he does and the support she gives.

One important thing to know: you don't need to become a desperate housewife. Do not - I repeat - do 

not quit your job or anything else. Just do what you wanna do! And forget your whole life plan 'cause 

nothing will go how you planned it to be. That's one hell of an extremely bad habit of the army. It's always:

"maybe this, maybe that" or "oh well, it's changed".

But above all, it's all about each other and the love, respect and sexiness you give to each other! ;)

Out of the green ;) I am obsessed with the army trend. Again. We have a love and hate relationship. 

I am serious! But since last week we reconciled and there's peace. So let's bring on the soldier clothes!

But this jacket is - as you can see - a little bit different than the one you think of when I say; 

camo-coat, right?

Besides the famous green camo, I slightly have a thing for this sand color, also known as the desert uniform.

EVENT

I spent last weekend in Eindhoven with some fellow bloggers and I had a blast! 

The trend I was telling you about was... Can you guess? ;-) Drumroll.... The military trend! 

Besides talking about my favorite trend I also had my own mini-closet in the middle of a shoppingmall. 

Plus a HUGE picture of myself. WOW, that was crazy! Haha. 

When the night started to come, I went to the hotel with Nathalie, gave her a goodbye hug and went 

to McDonalds (woops, not so fancy!) But I knew Joyce did the same, hihi! Now: party time! 

In the coolest museum I've ever been; Van Abbemuseum. Silent disco's, surrounded by art and crazy music.

Well, that was fun!

FLASHBACK FRIDAY

It's nice to look back sometimes. Only to the good things of course ;) Like outfits you would 

like to wear again. But my rule is to wear it once, so bummer for me…

This is actually an outfit I wore two years ago to Amsterdam Fashion Week.
And how simple it is, I remember I got plenty of compliments. 

Hmmmm, maybe I should wear it again… Rules are there to break, right? ;)

STRIKE A POSE

Today it's bootcamp on POSE! ;-) It's weekend and my soldier boyfriend Bryan is 

coming home again. So this camo print is definitely for a reason. Welcome home honey!

I miss bryan a lot now, he's gone with the army for two weeks now... But he's back in Holland 

for today and tomorrow so hopefully I can give him a big hug and a kiss.

EVENT

Yes yes, Amsterdam Fashion Week (S/S 2013) has started so give a warm welcome 

to chaoticness ;P But chaos in a good way I must say. 

Yesterday started out with three shows for me; Dorhout Mees, Domenico Cioffi and 

Roya Hesam. And right after that, straight to job 2 (yes this blogger is also graphic 

designer at De Telegraaf). 

About the shows: Dorhout Mees was feminine, glamourous but also very down to earth. 

Really liked their prints and see trough fabrics. Domenico Cioffi on the other hand, was very 

modern, graphic and clean. At Roya Hesam I had a dark diva'ish feeling, with lots of black, a 

touch of red and huge (but gorgeous) sunglasses. 

My favorite collection? I have no clue! What about your favorite?

By the way, I felt like borrowing my BF's "workwear" and 

gave it a Linsey twist, what ya think? ;)

Today is Veterans Day (in The Hague, Holland) and as I am an army wife, I thought it 

was appropriate to do something with that. So bf Bryan is already on it's way for work 

and I'll come visit him later the day. What are your weekend plans?

From the 5 and a half years together with my boyfriend, 3 of those years I spent as an army 

wife. But good news for me! Maybe that comes to an end. Because honestly, being a army 

wife is a tough job and definitely not something I asked for. But a positive side; I can borrow  

clothes and some trendy stuff! :)

I proudly introduce you my first homemade (survival)bracelet called the CANDYCORD. It's 

a braiding method inspired by my boyfriends job; the army. 

A soldier always must have a few things with them, including some cord. The most handy 

way to carry it is in the form of a bracelet. Because you won't believe it but it's almost 2,5 

meters (±8 feet) in one bracelet!

Because I'm not really an army fan (sorry honey and other soldiers) but have to live with it, I 

let me inspire by them once in a while. And as you can see, with a feminine twist ;) I'm 

thinking to make a lot, lot more of these cutie pies in very different ways, colors and 

braiding methods.
