What to wear to the girlboss of a shoe label? (Since I'm not owning a pair So Jamie's (yet)),

your best shoes evah. It was this or my Loubies, but since these DKNY ladies got a bit more
compliments - Jamie did so either ;) - I decided to rock these booties.

 A lot of "Zaandam" gossipz and memories came on the table, since this is our actual hometown.
And - of course - shoe talk. Jamie showed her favorite pair of her collection. And mine? Without a
doubt the OTK's! So bootielicious. But sold out, of course... She gave me a peek into her SS16
collection what I can't show you yet and is still a major secret and I've seen already, lekker puh! ;)

#WELCOMETOMYCLOSET / I SAID THE FLIP FLOP

The famousAdidas slippers; you gotta love them, or hate them. And three guesses what I think... 

Yep, you're totally right, I'm lovin' it (pa da papapa!) To be honest, it took me a while to finally 

got an opinion about these flip flops... Why?

I always had that image of my dad wearing these slippers with white socks - of course that's where 

this whole socks and sandals trend is based on (thanks all dads in the world!) - and his sweatpants 

at home. Which was anything but fashion. It didn't even came close to the sentence of fashion! 

And now, it may be one of the biggest trends ever spoken about. Okay, besides leggings maybe...

I must say I always like particular trends, but they have to go on my very way. A little twist of Linsey 

is how I would like to call it ;) And this time my "twist" is the Rita Ora version of these notorious 

sandals. Rita has an amazing collection for Adidas, including two pairs of the Adilette slippers. Of 

course I could have chosen the classic dark blue ones like a lot of people did, but let's be honest; I 

can't wear the same as my dad, could I?!

I know all the Adidas shoes are very trending right now (you just can’t have not noticed this), 

but my big question is; what do you think of these slippers? And to take it one step further; 

what about these slippers with socks? I'm very curious what your thoughts are so let's start 

this conversation! ;)

definition of killer heels! Not killing to wear though, because they're quite comfy!

And if you're not owning platform heels at the moment, you can't sit with them, you're OUT.
With who?! With the Mean Girls of course ;) (Gotta love that movie!)

But how to wear these creeper-ish pumps? I will show you tomorrow.

Yep, these boots are definitely made for walking! What shoes aren't?! Well, okay, maybe
my Louboutins aren't really made for it...

You seriously have no idea how long I was on the hunt for boots like these. So I gave it all up and
said to myself I would bump into these kind of cowgirl cuties someday. 

And that day finally came (Hallelujah!) In a store I didn´t expect it at all; I´m talking about Superstar.

Yeehaa!

Since I moved into my Amsterdam dreamhouse I discovered a new addiction besides fashion; 

yes, interior got me. 

But if you're into interior or not, every girl gets sparkles in their eyes when they see walk-in
closets you can only dream of. And what about walk-in closest of celebrities? That makes 

it even more exciting!

Remember I met world famous saxophonist Candy Dulfer for a dress up party at here place?

And wanna know my reaction when I saw her walk-in "ballroom"?! Oh my gosh, you should 

have seen me. It was like angels were singing to me and brought me to heaven.

Suddenly my home felt like a barn next to Candy's palace. Can you count how many
Balenciaga bags she owns?

These booties are perfect! They're looking how hamburgers taste like. What I actually 
mean is; they're bootielicious ;-) A pair of shoes that fits with 999 of your 1000 outfits.

Already sick and tired of my Amsterdam Fashion Week stories? Sorry, I just can't 

stop sharing it with you. 

At the fourth (and last) day I went to the shows of Dennis Diem and Winde Rienstra.

Maybe for my international readers this doesn't sound familiar but my gosh one of the

best designers of AFW. I expected a lot from these two because of their last collections.

And hell yeah, they did it again; they took my breath away... 

Maybe it's not wearable for all of us but it definitely was a pleasure to watch.

The first thing I wondered myself before I saw the Winde Rienstra show was;

'What shoeporn did she made this time?' (photo 6) Well, no explanation needed I guess...

I thought I was actually more dressed for the Dennis Diem show 'cause his last collection 

was with a lot of black. And if you know my personal style, you know I'm not an all-black

kind of person. But then this happened; 85% of the collection was nude/baby pink-ish! 

Totally unexpected but totally loved it.

'Jesus, how is it possible you can walk on those heels for such a long time?!' I get that 

question a lot. Wanna know why I can walk on my sky high heels for a very long time?

Yesterday I told you I was on my way to a lovely brunch/presentation. I was talking about 

the brunch organized for Dutch shoe store, Van Haren in the lovely Bo Cinq (Amsterdam). 

With some tastes, bites and jelly beans listening and talking about shoes, sounds nice huh?

If you know me a bit, I LOVE to wear colors (so guess how happy I was with the color 

blocking trend!) And let Van Haren accidentally launch a collection called Livin' Colors.

I also got a wonderful goodie bag! And guess what's in it? ;)
