me already ;) While half of the world has second thoughts about being on social media or not, I will
assure you: I'm staying mon cheri. Let that be clear! Why? So I can share incredible moments like
these Paris memories!

That moment when you realize it has already been a month ago(!!!) when you we're visiting your
favorite city in the world. Besides not knowing The Ritz was closed for two years already, Paris was
formidable, as always. But somehow it all feels like a blur now, a dream... Just like my NYC
experience. Was it all fake? Na'ah! I just can't believe I've been there!

If you're reading this you're lucky! Because you're gonna discover some delish hotspots, tips
and looks which you can definitely apply to your future trip to Paris.

#POSEONTOUR : ALL MY PFW LOOKS

From the crazy New York City to the all time classic Paris. I must say: R-E-S-P-E-C-T for those 

who were in London and Milano inbetween as well. Because Jesus Christ! I'm exhausted...

 Fashion Month is hard, trust me. And I only did half of it! How do they keep up after this NYC 

 jetlag and still look so fresh at "the end station" called Paris? I'm still figuring out.

Let's talk Fashion! From the patchwork trend to the metallic trend, the GIANT sunglasses and 

flair pants. In all my 10 Fashion Week looks I wore another Fall/Winter trend what suits me most. 

And here are my last 5 looks for Paris Fashion Week. Now the big Q: what's your favorite?!

And what comes after all Fashion Weeks? The Cosmo Hairstyling Color Weeks! From Monday
 the 12th until Sunday the 25th of October you get a free color treatment at all Cosmo Hairstyling
 salons, in combination with a Cut&Style, Care&Style and Roots treatment. You can choose:
 babylights, balayage or bronde. Guess what I had chosen...

Now let's talk beauty! For me it was time for a new coupe. Did you noticed? You have to 'cause,

Cosmo Hairstyling cut off almost three meters of my hair and from a granny grey I'm a Bronde
lady now.  I'm more than happy with it! So what color are you going for?

When you think about "Paris By Night" you imagine yourself some kind of feeling, look and vibe by it.

To me that's: romance, sexy, drinking wine in the middle of the night, dreaming and happiness.
Besides the wine drinking, I tried to put that feeling in this one outfit. Soooo, what do you think!? ;)

Oh, these killers of heels! (Literally). When I hear Steve Madden, I have to think of my second
favorite movie right away (fyi: The Great Gatsby is my nr. 1). Can you guess which movie that is?!
Yep, The Wolf Of Wallstreet. Which one is your favorite?

And this is wear my PFW story ends. For now. Let that be clear ;) And let this journey
continue next season, please!

This title may sound crazy, but it's all here in this photo. Because, I'm in Paris, a unicorn is a pony
as well (right?!) And my Fashion Week fantasies came to life.

For example meeting people who virtual inspire you for years (read: Anna Dello Russo, 
 Kristina Bazan)! Being able to watch fashionshows, getting featured by big names like Vogue Italia(!),
wear your wildest outfits on the streets and feeling like a celeb because of all the streetstyle shots people
capture from your look.

Are you ready to go back to my Caribbean looks again? Me neither ;) I have still one Parisienne look to
 share with you. And I don't wanna say "save the best for last" but this might be one of my favorites... ;)

Feeling like a Paris Fashion Week pro already!  Driving to the Leonard Paris show - which was 

WOW! - from running late for my Escada meeting. At the most wonderful location ever by the way. 

A showroom with the breathtaking Eiffel Tower as a view. That was definitely an "oh my Gucci 

(or Escada?)" moment.

Some of you told me I look a bit like Rachel Zoe in this outfit. Well hello, thank you!!! I think that's
the biggest compliment you can get from anyone! Who doesn't wanna look like her?! So again, 

thanks a mill for that :)

So, what is your favorite Paris Fashion Week look so far?!

I had to bring a little Disney in the middle of Paris. And since Mickey is a very popular guy lately, 

I was totally on trend with my á la Dinsey Land look ;) And without a doubt I had to wear my Loubies.

(I also spotted the man himself btw! #OMG)

I also brought my Minnie Mouse ears with me. But sometimes my friends need to tone me down just 

a tiny little bit. Otherwise I'll look like one big Christmas tree every day of the year though...

And of course I spilled ice tea on my Mickey skirt... Luckily this happened áfter the Céline show in 

the taxi on our way back to the hotel. (Fyi: no stains, thank God!)

Guess what I had for breakfast... "Un croissant et un baguette avec du fromage".

Oh, and "un café" of course! ;)

Oh god, pinch me please! Did I really went to Paris Fashion Week a.k.a. PFW? Or was it all a dream?

So dreams do come true! I´ve been telling my friends for years and years that I wanted to go to Paris 

Fashion Week. And last week it was on!

You may be thinking I went very chic by plane (or train?) But you're completely wrong. I went 

by car - no, I'm not kidding - with my (sales)partner in crime Eva, just like freshman's do, right? ;)

After a 6 hours drive - just as long as the New Yorkers went by plane - we arrived and we were too 

late for the Acne Studios show. Well, that started out great!... Not. But this was just the beginning...

Okay okay, let's have a little tropical break. And by that I mean let's put my Summer posts on hold 

and switch to the destination where I arrived a week after my Caribbean comeback.

Like I told you yesterday; I'm getting depressed by my own posts because it looks so nice and warm, haha!

From Amsterdam to Bonaire to Amsterdam and Paris. Feeling like a jetsetter! You don't hear me complain ;)

So first it was "gettin' hot in here (I took of all my clothes)", and now it's time to act like a pro fashion
blogger; visiting Paris Fashion Week. So prepare yourself for some non simple looks the upcoming week!

COLLABORATION

YES! I can reveal my project with New Look. This is the reason why I was in Paris for a day. 

To select three outfits and style these with their newest items; the Denim Collection.

It was so hard to choose because of all these precious items! So that's why I tried to be as 

versatile as possible. A comfy/sporty look, a comfortzone look and a classy one.

Bonjour! ;)

Yes, I was in the oh-so-beautiful Paris. A lot of you guessed it right, of course. 

You know pretty well by now!

Back and forth to Paris in one day sounds crazy, huh? But that's what happened yesterday.
With the train leaving at 06:15 from Amsterdam, I arrived the same night at home sweet home again. 

I wouldn´t mind staying a bit longer though. Because damn, I missed that city!

She gave me a warm welcome with 12 degrees (merci Paris!) and New Look spoiled me with
loads
of clothes :-)

This is just a little sneak peek of one of my three looks I'm wearing for the New Look project.

THROWBACK THURSDAY

Oh memories, memories... (throwback) Thursday is the perfect day to look back to all the

good things that happened. I'm so thankful for many things I experienced since my blog 

was born. But this one is still one of my favorites; La Mode C'est Vous. 

September 2011. Walking on the biggest catwalk of the world in the middle of my favorite 

city Paris thanks to Galeries La Fayette. Oh Paris, you bring me luck... ;)

When I'm traveling I like to make short, funny videos and look back to the fun I had.

Like I said yesterday, my NYE couldn't be better, but DUH?! It's freaking Paris, the city
that comes close to perfection.

Yes, I'm a little late with my NYE post. But better late than never right? :)

I (finally!) bought my dream dress a few hours before I was heading to club Queen

at the Champs Élysées and countdown our last seconds of 2012.

My new years eve couldn't be better! The night was perfect! Met some nice people that 

I really hope to see again ;)

Croque monsieur, macarons & croissants. Of course I ate it all during my trip in my nr. 1 city.

I even brought some delicious stuff home with me for a lovely afterglow.

I'm already missing Paris and my beautiful apartment thanks to Wimdu. Had a wonderful 

time with my girl/sister/friend Marisha and I will show you my NYE outfit asap!

BONNE ANNEE! 
Thanks to Wimdu I was able to kick of 2013 in my favorite city. That was one of my goals and 
it was even better than expected! Paris feels like home and I wish I could stay here forever. 
Well that's not the plan for now cause tonight I'm heading back my real home again... 
But before that, it's shopping time!

NEWS

Just one night of sleep and I'm off to my favorite city again! I'm going to spend
NYE there with my lovely friend/sis Marisha.

I made up a bucket list for 2013 and my first goal is starting 2013 in Paris. Et voila! 
Any tips for spending the "12 o clock moment" in Paris?

Just a quick update to let you know I've arrived in Paris yesterday evening for a shop-stop! 

I'm going to say hi to Isabel Marant, Louboutin, Acne and a few others ;) and after that, 

heading home again. See you in Holland!
