Time flies when you're busy. And I don't mind that february is already around the corner.
Becauseits my favorite month of the year! I wish it could be february every month.

Lets start with Bonaire, which I will be almost the entire month. Spending Valentines day with
le boyfriend there (wow) and last but definitely not least; go shorties its ma bday! Which I will be
spending with 30 degrees for the first time in my life. 

Finally wearing a dress with bare legs in the "winter" without any chance that my legs will freeze of,
yeahssss! So come to mama february! Totally ready for ya ;)

Brace yourself, hot and tropical pics are coming you're way next week. Why? 'Cause I'm already 

mentally preparing for my trip to Bonaire(!!!) Again? Yes, again. Can you believe it? I don't actually!

My mind is already on the Caribbean but my body is still here in 2 freaking degrees... Wearing my 

warmest clothes and packing my "most naked" ones ;) You wish you could walk naked all day because you're on fire.

On my last day of Fashion week was all about shoes. And silver. And glitter. About the 

first thing I knew. So I put on one of my favorite Acne shoes together with this fluffy top and 

mega sexy trousers (look at my a la Kim K. but! Okay, not even close but hey...) 

The silver and glitter were a pleasant surprise! Thanks for that Mister de la Bretoniere ;)

Now let's say farewell to Amsterdam Fashion Week, this was the end again...

#FASHIONWEEK

Day two of Fashion Week and it's starting to look like jungle book. The press are animals and
photographers see people like me as their prey. The models are beautiful tigers and the designer is
the (Lion) King or queen.

And I? I look like a mix of a bear and a unicorn, haha. (It's so) fluffy(!) and colorful. With that
physical appearance I will survive and eat them all raw! And you're gonna hear me roarrrrr... ;)

Aaaaand it's dress up time. Because it's Amsterdam Fashion Week again. What girl doesn't love
to dress up, right?! So when you're a guest at the fashion shows, it's nice to do make an effort
with your outfit.

Hello killer outfit. Seriously, I think this dress can literally kill while you're hugging me. Okay, that's
not totally true... I hugged a lot of people and luckily they're still alive. But I think you could see me
as the little nightmare of Fashion Week that day ;)

Of course I stick to the rules when it's about fashion. So there I went in my not-so-huggable dress
to the Said Mahrouf show.

Today the madness is going to begin. Well, the madness already has started a few days ago but 

today it's official; Amsterdam Fashion Week. Let's do this! Got my outfits together, my hair and 

makeup artists standby, photographer? Check! I've never been as much prepared like this!

So before the madness, a not so casual outfit ;) Normally you would expect that from
 a blogger, right? "Being casual before Fashion Week and stuff". Nah, not my thing though...
Comfy is where I'm going for.

Hot tea, comfortable shoes, a cozy vintage sweater and a crazy bandana wrapped around my head.

Sounds relaxing enough for me. There's one thing missing on this list and you may guess what that is...
Right, FOOD.

London or NYC, I will be lying with my not so big but on Bonaire and keep myself up to date

So, how's it going with your new years resolutions? Still going? Well hell yes I am!

My motivation is the Caribbean where I'm going within two weeks(!!!) I need to get that Doutzen 

body I was telling you about ;)

If you haven't got any motivation to work out, eat "rabbit food" and stay healthy... Well, hello there, 

I am your motivation! I want to show you a tiny bit of my work out routine in the week.

Besides my three times a week kickboxing lessons - I'm so glad I'm still alive - I also go jogging
at least twice a week. Okay okay, I'm lying... At least once a week then.
With some workouts in between.

So are you with me next time? Let's do this!

If camouflage is on or off trend, I have the biggest excuse to wear it whenever I want to.

My excuse? I'm an army wife. No no, my BF is in the army, not me of course ;) Do you already 

see me working in the army with my pink lipstick and bringing my Chanel bag? Me neither!

What I've learned trough the years being an army wife is that it's tough to have that roll.. 

You see your cat you don't have more than your own boyfriend. Okay I'm overreacting a little ;) 

But you see each other 20% of the 100. The positive story is that you never get bored of each other.

 It also gives you the time to focus on your own thing (unless he's on a mission). If I hear the name 

Afghanistan it gives me the chills. But been there done that! And it made us and our relationship as 
strong as Superman! Plus getting respect from both sides. Because of the work that he does and the support she gives.

One important thing to know: you don't need to become a desperate housewife. Do not - I repeat - do 

not quit your job or anything else. Just do what you wanna do! And forget your whole life plan 'cause 

nothing will go how you planned it to be. That's one hell of an extremely bad habit of the army. It's always:

"maybe this, maybe that" or "oh well, it's changed".

But above all, it's all about each other and the love, respect and sexiness you give to each other! ;)

Like I told you before, in this post for example - in my unbelievably bad checklist - I am busy. 

And we all are, I know, I know.

Maybe I should write a "how-to-stay-cool-in-busy-times" post. To give you one already, tip 1:
run around naked outside. I can guarantee you're cooled off in a split of a second. Well, at least here
in Amsterdam. But that's not the kind of "cool" we're looking for, right? ;) 

Oh and let me be clear about something; I didn't tried my first tip (yet) though.
Maybe in the hot and sunny Bonaire next month? When it's dark, 30 degrees and nobody is watching...

"Bang bang into the room, bang bang all over you!" We all know the song from Jessie J, 

and it fits perfectly with my new "coupe de bangs" ;)

Somehow you feel this strange connection with the fellow bangs people (I just mean people with 

bangs though). Just like gingers have I guess. Your part of a group, a different group. When we see each 

other on the street, we look at each other on a telepathic way like "hey bangs, you're cool, just like me".

Am I crazy or what? I know ;) So here tons of bangs inspiration and the people where
I'm now all connected with. Who's your favorite bangs ganger? ;)

Here it is ladies and gentlemen, my CPH survival kit! I've seen so many coolspots in this

city I just had to share it with you.

Restaurants, shopping, interior, you name it, I've seen it all. And I wrote it all down to share

my view on Copenhagen. If you ever go to Copenhagen (maybe with Fashion Week?),

Maybe I should start a food blog, haha! Although that's what I think about 24/7, luckily I have the 

same thing with fashion ;) It's been a while I posted my last Happy Meal so time for the next one!

New year, new routine! Everybody wants to eat healthier, quit smoking, having a Doutzen Kroes body 

as a goal. At least, the Doutzen thing, that's my goal. So besides working out like a beast, watching what 

you eat is a must as well. And hey, we're still in January though. So come on! ;)

I made this cucumber soap! Normally very nice for in the Summer season, but if you make the
soup warm, voila, winter cucumber soup! And it's easy peasy. Shall we start?

Did you noticed I cannot stop talking about the Danish food? Well, sorry I'm not sorry… ;) 

Luckily I wore like four layers in this outfit because I don't think you wanted to see me in bikini 

after our massive food attack at the Torvehallerne (hashtag coolspot!) which is also known as 

the food market.

As you can see I'm still in the NYE slash Xmas mood with a tiny little pop of glitter. 

 No. Actually, I'm lying. Glitter is my favorite color and I wear it any time of the year.
#whatevahIdoWhatIwant! ;) So imagine how Christmas feels like for me!

Besides the Torvehallerne, some other foodporn places are: Barbiebbq, Höst, Laura's Bakery, 
Granola and soon loads and loads of coolspots which I'm gonna tell you all about it in  
"My view on Copenhagen" post! ;)

Another tip for the (L)interior junkies: go to Copenhagen. Or any Scandinavian country I guess.

I was so obsessed with the interior of my "home away from home", I just needed to share it with you.

This is were I lived my entire stay at CPH! 5 whole days ;) You do understand I didn't wanna
leave this cute little apartment, right?

It's in the neighorhoud called Østerbro. I think it's the "Le Marais" (Paris) or "De Pijp" (Amsterdam)
from Copenhagen. They say its the most trendy district of the city and just outside the center.

So, what do you think of this apartment?! :)

Ahhh these days in Copenhagen remind me of my amazing time in Stockholm back in the days...

I don't think "never look back" is a good one. "Only look back to the good memories" sounds

 way better, don't you think?

Stockholm, the time I learned the word tack (which means thank you) and still is a word I use a lot

until today ;) Same as "hej hej" and "koekoek!" which has absolutely nothing to do with the 

Swedish language though...

What about going back to Stockholm for Fashion Week? That sounds like a great idea to me!!!

 Copenhagen, you sure know how to impress me! Not only with your beyond delicious food. 

Everything is so extremely different from the rest of the cities I visited. Look at this ah-some park 

for example! Whutttt? ;)

If you're just as obsessed with colors as I am, then you need to visit this park called Superkilen, end of story.

 Not really the end of the story ;) Because they have this GIANT exhibition by Topotek 1, BIG architects 

& Superflex. These names even sound cool, huh?!

Oh, and back to the delicious food part? I read Copenhagen has the best restaurants in the world. 

Nothing lied about that though, åh min gud! This week I will give you some coolspots I've been to

 for dinner, besides Mc Donalds...

Yep, it's true. We ate at Mc Donalds on NYE... What a blooper! You know the quote; 

"Paris is always a good idea"? Well, I have that with Mc Donalds (and also Paris). But let me explain...

We arrived at CPH on NYE in the afternoon without knowing everything closes at 3PM(!) 

No reservations made (of course) and all the restaurants were already full booked. Even the 

take away food was on pre-order! Our solution? You had that right, Mc Donalds ladies and gentlemen...

Hej hej! I just had some little time of - as you may noticed - so I could prepare myself for 2015. 

That wasn't the only thing because of the freeze on my blog (and literally though!), 

I spent my last days of 2014 and my first of 2015 in CPH a.k.a. Copenhagen.

Five days to be exact.

My second Scandinavian visit, yay! I was just overwhelmed by the beauty of this city! 

The coziness, the history. I can tell you, that city is definitely worth a visit.

HAIR

The first thing I can write off my "bucketlist"; new hair (do care)! Did I really do this?! Hell yes I did.

 I'm going through life with bangs right now and it kinda feels save. Why? Because I had bangs for 

like 70% of my life.

Since I live in Amsterdam - for over a year by now - I find it hard to choose a good hairdresser. 

 Not because there are none, because there are too many! But I finally found the right one, 

 just before 2015; Cosmo HairStyling. With their beyond ah-mazing interior, the sweetest hairdressers 

and the best treatments I ever had, seriously.

She told me I should go blonde! And to be honest, I think she's right... What about you? Hello, one thing 

at a time, okay ;-)  First I'll leave my hair like this for now. And if I wanna chance it, they're all over Holland 

and they have international plans, so no worries for me. I will be back soon Cosmo :)

By the way, how was your night last night?!
