What a view what a view. This typical Dutch panorama is actually stone's throw from 

my old hometown Zaandam. Where I was born and raised. And I don't know if I should
be proud of that though...

I paid a visit to le parents last week 'cause it was paps birthday. So a little bit of dressing
up never hurt nobody, right? ;) Plus, you know me, I luvvv to dress up!

This is actually a very "black" outfit for me, haha! And I think a lot of people will laugh
at me by saying that. But the neon colors makes it Linsey material again.

Ahhh, I missed neon colors!

Cheers to the freaking weekend! And time to see le mom and dad again after their one month trip 

to the USA. What are your weekend plans?

It's sweater weather again! Fortunately and unfortunately. I love sweaters, they're the most 
comfy clothing items in the world. But living in 30 degrees is no nightmare to me as well.

Because Summer is my ultimate favorite season. Only too bad these two favorites do 

not go together very well (plus its never 30 degrees in the Netherlands)...

Since almost two months now, I'm having my own, weekly section at the Metro newspaper 
and metromode.nl with five fellow bloggers. And before this all started, there was a photoshoot 
planned with photographer Marloes van Doorn at the gorgeous Eye of Amsterdam.

So when I saw the result of this shoot, I definitely wanted to share it with you guys. 
Yes, I'm the girl with the neon pink beanie every thursday in the Metro newspaper ;-)

As you might know I'm publishing my story every Monday on metromode.nl and this time 
the theme is: shoes, shoes and shoes. So finish this sentence:

Okay, listen... How much do you think this t-shirt is? €2,00! HAHAHA. 

I was craving for this Christopher Kane rainbow shirt for a long, long time but it was sold 

out everywhere. So when I saw this shirt I thought 'This one is pretty awesome as well!'

Although I'm not really a Primark fan, le mom, granny and auntie went "Primark shopping" 

and thought, why not have a look? So I bumped up to a few awesome pieces. 

But more about that later.

Because I'm no billionaire, I love to mix and match designer pieces with "regular" brands.

EVENT

It's because I was OBSESSED with Jan Boelo's collection and have a wonderful camera, 

otherwise I couldn't even publish this fashion show because of the horrible seats I got... 

To be honest, this collection was my favorite of Amsterdam Fashion Week. Maybe because 

I have a weakness for the Marine/Army/Defense theme Boelo used. Total goosebumps!!! 

The hats, boots, leather, Marine blue, music and gorgeous models was close to perfection 

I must say. An international allure. 

But if you ask me if it's original, not really. Because for me it was a mix of Louis Vuitton 

and Balmain. But what the hell? It was beyond gorgeous!
