Welcome to one of my favorite spots in Amsterdam! The place where you forget all the fuss of the 

city for a moment, a place where you can relax to the max and walk out like a true natural beauty: 

Beauty Studio Naturel. This beauty salon is my hotspot when it comes to organic facials, 

peelings, plucking and dying my brows and to chit chat with the lovely and caring owner; Dona. 

Dona is like the French mom I've never had. She is sweet, truly honest and knows seriously 

everything about your skin and cosmetics. The best quote Dona ever told me, with her cute 

French/Dutch accent: "If you can't eat it, don't put it on your face either". 

She's specialized to work with organic products, therefrom the name of the salon "Beauty Studio 

Naturel" of course ;-) Brands like Jeunesse and Lakshmi are her ultimate favorites to use for facials. 

Besides my office, I can definitely call this place my second home. I had acne, so my skin was 

very bad. And this madame helped me a lot to process and end this journey as good and fast as 

possible. She will always welcome you with open arms, no matter how your skin looks like. 

With her passion for beauty, she will makes your skin looks like a baby skin again.

HAIR

The first thing I can write off my "bucketlist"; new hair (do care)! Did I really do this?! Hell yes I did.

 I'm going through life with bangs right now and it kinda feels save. Why? Because I had bangs for 

like 70% of my life.

Since I live in Amsterdam - for over a year by now - I find it hard to choose a good hairdresser. 

 Not because there are none, because there are too many! But I finally found the right one, 

 just before 2015; Cosmo HairStyling. With their beyond ah-mazing interior, the sweetest hairdressers 

and the best treatments I ever had, seriously.

She told me I should go blonde! And to be honest, I think she's right... What about you? Hello, one thing 

at a time, okay ;-)  First I'll leave my hair like this for now. And if I wanna chance it, they're all over Holland 

and they have international plans, so no worries for me. I will be back soon Cosmo :)

I don't think I can give you a more Amsterdam-ish vibe than this on a fri-yay.

If you are a Dutchie, you maybe think; 'hey, she looks like a sister from Kruimeltje!' Well the funny
thing is, "Kruimeltje" - A.k.a. Ruud Feltkamp and Noud from GTST - is an old classmate of mine.

Haven't seen that man in ages! Time to catch up again ;) What about "A date with..." post together
with Ruud? You name it, I do it. Or you don't, I still do ;)

Yesterday I told you I was on my way to a lovely brunch/presentation. I was talking about 

the brunch organized for Dutch shoe store, Van Haren in the lovely Bo Cinq (Amsterdam). 

With some tastes, bites and jelly beans listening and talking about shoes, sounds nice huh?

If you know me a bit, I LOVE to wear colors (so guess how happy I was with the color 

blocking trend!) And let Van Haren accidentally launch a collection called Livin' Colors.

I also got a wonderful goodie bag! And guess what's in it? ;)

First I wanna say: HAHAHA! Because I laugh every time I see all those pictures from last 

saturday at Club Air (Amsterdam). Why? Well, because the moment me and my beloved 

friend Don took the pictures, we seriously thought the photography was outstanding! 

Every time we took a picture, we were like "Oh wauw, that's such a beautiful picture!" 

Well, let's blame the alcohol on this one...

When one of Holland's most famous stylists gives you a few compliments about your outfit, I 

think you can say your look for today has succeeded. And that's what Danie Bles did to me. 

Last thursday a huge Brittish bus was standing in the middle of Amsterdam. With a lot of 

fashionista's, cupcakes and Danie Bles her styleguide "ByDanie", because that's what it was 

all about of course ;) So when Miss Bles does something, she wants to do it BIG. This was 

the way how she launched her styleguide and I loved it :)
