When I published the fringe trend in my Bible 

of Fashion, I promised I should post my D.I.Y. 

Fringe tank. So here it is! I think you don't 

need any explanation "how to" D.I.Y. this 

shirt. (Just a scissor, cut it et voila!)

Well, I'm not an advanced D.I.Y'er yet. But 

I thought this came out kinda nice :)
